You've put real time into trying to save homeowners from foreclosure. Sometimes
you get there in time. Sometimes you don't, and the auction still happens.
When a property sells for more than what was owed, that surplus belongs to the
homeowner — and most of them never find out it exists. If you've got an old
pre-foreclosure list that you couldn't save, send it over. We'll dig in, find the
ones who still have money on the table, and partner with you to recover it for
them.

- Excel (.xlsx) if possible — one lead per row
- Best columns to include if you have them:
Owner Name · Foreclosed Property Address · Auction Date · Auction Sale Price · Link to the foreclosure filing (if you have it)
- Anything extra you have helps: phone, email, case number, notes, your relationship to the seller
